1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Madist website or mobile app (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any game rules published in the Services (including the in-site Rules / Regolamento). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service description
Madist is a skill-based fantasy football experience combining live sports data and market-style trading with virtual credits. The website provides information, promotion, sports insights (previews, results, stats, squads), contact channels and authenticated Feature Requests. Gameplay (trading, wallet, rankings, private leagues, alerts and related features) is provided primarily through the mobile app.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created in the mobile app (email/password, Google or Apple where available). The same credentials can be used to log in on the website for Feature Requests and related authenticated pages. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or legal requirements. You may request account deletion from the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing or deceptive conduct; no attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt systems; no manipulation of rankings, wallets, trades or community features through bots or exploits; no posting of illegal, infringing or harmful content in Feature Requests or elsewhere. We may moderate, remove content or ban users across website and app.
5. Virtual credits and skill game
Wallet balances and credits are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods or services outside the game mechanics we enable. MADIST is a skill-based fantasy game, not a gambling service with real-money stakes. The website does not allow real-money betting or cash trading. Live ratings and market values may depend on third-party sports data and can change during matches.
6. Premium and digital upgrades
Premium features may be offered in the app (including limited-time or demo activations without payment). When paid offerings are enabled, purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds and billing are handled by those platforms. AM Digital Life srls does not collect or store payment card data on the website or directly in the app.
7. Community and Feature Requests
Feature Requests, comments and votes are user-generated. Submissions may be moderated before publication and may be translated for multilingual display. Do not submit confidential information. We may edit, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Madist trademarks, logos, UI, text, graphics and software are owned by AM Digital Life srls or its licensors. Football club names, crests and player likenesses may belong to third parties and are used for informational/game purposes. You may not copy, distribute or exploit our materials without written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third parties (app stores, Google, Apple, Firebase, sports data providers, social networks). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party platforms we do not control.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Services accurate and available, but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. Live data, ratings and markets may be delayed or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Digital Life srls is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from misuse, force majeure, third-party outages or your device/network. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including consumer rights).
11. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If your country requires a higher age for this type of digital service, you must meet that higher age. By registering you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
12. Worldwide availability and local law
The Services are intended for users worldwide. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you where you live, including any restrictions on skill games, digital services or app-store use. We may limit or refuse access in certain jurisdictions if required by law or risk management.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of habitual residence. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also use platforms or procedures provided by applicable consumer law. Courts of the consumer's residence may have jurisdiction where mandatory rules so provide.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may be highlighted in the Services where appropriate.
